


So I ask the downloader to imagine Khufu's pyramid is actually just off the map to the north. I tried to arrange the Pyramid Complex, Large Pyramid and Sphinx to (as best the game allows) resemble the Pyramids of Kafra and Menkaure since I didn't think the "Large Pyramid" was size-proportionate enough to to be Kafra's actual pyramid next to Khufu's. Simply wait for the Pyramid Complex to finish being carved in January and dispatch grave goods to win on March 1st. I suppose I could have improved the city a bit by moving some Residences toward the Dock for easier Meat access and played with more care to prevent Ra's increased-trading blessings from being wiped out by not replaying from previous saves quite so often, but all in all I think I did a nice job for a "work camp"-type city. Similarly the 66 prosperity from a mix of Common and Spacious Residences was nearly the best achievable (70 was the theoretical max without Linen for Elegant Residences). Without linen the 35 Culture I achieved was the maximum possible. )īecause this was less than what was needed for the Spacious Residences already on the map some fluctuate between Common and Spacious Residence but 66 Prosperity is maintained by game end. Then after a wile Ra was so pleased he only gave me Major Blessings and no more Minor blessings, so increased trading blessings stopped altogether! Such are the dangers of overindulgence in Shrines I suppose. I replayed many years over from a previous saved game and I seemingly lost what meat-increasing blessings of Ra I did get every time I did this, so I was stuck with the original 4000 meat. The "main community" in the mining district was denied imported Meat because I was unable to to get Ra to bless both of my suppliers so that they would trade more. The auxiliary community was to give worker access to some more out-of-the-way gemstone mines and has only one Bazaar feeding two food types and two goods to 1,008 people!
